The Claw Cade Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in The Claw Cade ("the Service"), including playing via Twitch chat or redeeming prizes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Claw Cade is a live, interactive claw machine experience streamed on Twitch. Players use Twitch chat commands to control a physical claw machine, win prizes, and earn points that can be redeemed at the ClawCade Prize Booth.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Twitch account to participate. Twitch's terms of service require users to be at least 13 years old. By using The Claw Cade, you confirm that you meet Twitch's age requirements.

4. Gameplay and Points

No Guarantee of Prizes

The Claw Cade is an entertainment experience. There is no guarantee that any given play will result in a prize win. The physical nature of the claw machine means results can vary.

Points and Balances

Points earned through gameplay have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may only be used to redeem prizes through the ClawCade Prize Booth. We reserve the right to adjust point balances if errors or abuse are detected.

5. Prize Redemption

Prizes won through The Claw Cade can be redeemed at the ClawCade Prize Booth. Prize availability, shipping, and redemption are subject to the ClawCade Prize Booth Terms of Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the claw machine
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the game system
• Harass other players or disrupt the Twitch stream
• Attempt to manipulate point balances or game outcomes
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Stream and Content

The Claw Cade is streamed live on Twitch. By participating in chat during the stream, your Twitch username and messages may be visible to other viewers. This is governed by Twitch's own terms and privacy policies.

8. Equipment and Physical Operation

The claw machine is a physical device. We maintain and operate the equipment to the best of our ability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Technical issues, maintenance, or equipment failures may temporarily interrupt gameplay.

9. Intellectual Property

The Claw Cade, including its branding, stream overlays, game systems, and software, is the property of its developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service's intellectual property.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of point tracking or leaderboards
• Availability of specific prizes
• Reliability of the physical claw machine

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of The Claw Cade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of points or game progress
• Inability to redeem prizes
• Stream interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from third-party services (Twitch, Firebase)

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or ban players who violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
