The short version: The ClawCade Prize Booth collects the data needed to process prize redemptions and ship prizes to you. We use Firebase for authentication and Shippo for shipping. We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond what's needed for shipping.

Data Storage

The ClawCade Prize Booth stores account and order data in the cloud using Firebase. This includes your profile, point balance, order history, and shipping information.

Information We Collect

Account information — display name and authentication credentials via Firebase
Point balance and redemption history — tracked from your ClawCade gameplay
Shipping information — name, address, and contact details provided when redeeming prizes
Order history — records of prizes redeemed, shipping status, and tracking information

✕Usage analytics or telemetry

✕Contacts or personal device data

✕Social media accounts beyond Twitch

Shipping Information

When you redeem a prize, we collect your shipping address and contact information to fulfill the order. This information is shared with Shippo, our shipping provider, solely for the purpose of generating shipping labels and tracking shipments.

Your shipping information is retained with your order history. You can request deletion of your shipping data by contacting us.

The ClawCade Prize Booth is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
